PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:
* Perform client -facing functions and work with Sales or Business Development team in managing client expectations while at the same time, coordinating the required tasks within the company’s internal operations to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Lead a dynamic team in performing BPO projects
* Responsible to customer for the delivery of service according to the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and budget
* Works with Accounts Representatives for pre-sales activities including requirements gathering, proof-of-concept, demonstrations and proposal preparation
* Responsible for estimating the project cost with inputs from Production Operations and Technical Support
* Draft contracts or service agreements

Specific job skills :

* Able to handle and manage multiple projects at the same time
* Proven track record of meeting project timelines, deliverables and within budget
* Skilled in negotiations, requirements gathering, requirements definition, project estimating and costing, proposal preparation and presentations
* Familiar on the nine (9) knowledge areas of Project Management (as indicated by PMI)
* Knowledgeable on similar concept and/or service (scanning bureau, Document or Record Management System, Content Management, business process outsourcing, back-office transactions for banks, manufacturing, insurance, schools, etc.)
* Computer Literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, Internet)
* Skilled in using Visio and Project Schedule
* Experience in the preparation of technical proposals, functional requirements and project management related documentations


SOFTWARE CONSULTANT


Scope of Work:
* Pre sales support in product presentation and consulting
* Software development and maintenance
* Technical support for installation and customization
* Support for system integration test and user acceptance test
* Preparation of user manual and technical documentation

Qualification:

Personal:
* Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
* Have strong analytical and problem solving skills with strong interest in detail
* Dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work under pressure
* Able to work independent and as part of a team
* Hard worker, self starter and self learner
* Fluent in English (oral and written)

Technical Skills:
* At least 2 years intensive programming experience in C++ and Java (J2ME, J2SE, J2EE)
* Programming experience with scripting language (VB script, Java script)
* Experience in database design and administration
* Solid knowledge in networking with working experience as network administrator
* Working experience in developing or maintaining banking system application would be a great advantage
* Experience in working with source code management system would be a great advantage
